Sorcerers can cause several Crowd Control effects, which make them great for stopping enemies in their tracks during combat.
To make them more efficient against Crowd Controlled enemies, you can make use of the Aspect of Control, which allows you to deal more damage to them.
The Aspect of Control causes a Sorcerer to deal extra damage to enemies affected by certain Crowd Control effects, allowing you to kill them faster.
Aspect of Control Effects (Crowd Control Aspect)
The Aspect of Control provides the Sorcerer with an additional percentage of damage against enemies that have been Immobilized, Stunned, or Frozen.
These Crowd Control effects can be triggered by several of the Sorcerer’s skills, making it easy to utilize during fights.
With the ability to easily cause enemies to be affected by Crowd Control, Sorcerers can trigger this Aspect at the right time to deal extra damage to enemies.
Aspect of Control Location
You can unlock the Aspect of Control by completing the Sunken Library Dungeon, which can be found in the Amber Sands. (Kehjistan)
The Sunken Library is located to the north of the Iron Wolves Encampment and the Imperial Library or south from the Altar of Ruin.
How To Get Aspect of Control? (Sunken Library Walkthrough)
The Sunken Library begins with you starting within the Antechamber, which eventually has you clearing out the Forbidden Archive once you reach it.
- Slay the Guardians (3)
- Travel to Acquisitions
- Slay the Head Librarian and collect the Archive Key
- Use Archive Key to open Archive Door
- Travel to Forbidden Archives
- Slay all enemies in the Forbidden Archive
Reaching the Forbidden Archive will require that you slay all of the enemies in the area and they will be marked on your map to easily be tracked.
Once all of the enemies that are lurking around in the Forbidden Archive have been slain, the dungeon will be complete and you will obtain the Aspect of Control.
Verdict
Since the Sorcerer is capable of inflicting Crowd Control, they can utilize Aspect of Control often especially when their other passives take effect.
As long as you make an enemy Immobile, Stun, or Freeze them, you will be able to take advantage of the extra damage from the Aspect.
Most of the Sorcerer’s skills that can cause Crowd Control require certain passives but Cold Skills makes it more likely to Freeze enemies often.
