Recently Mihoyo revealed lots of info about the upcoming 4-star Genshin Impact character Kuki Shinobu.
Genshin Impact 2.7 has been out for more than 2 weeks. The first phase of 2.7, Yelan Banner, is almost about to end with only a few days remaining. In the 2nd phase of 2.7, we are supposed to get the Arataki Itto rerun along with his weapons banner. HoYoverse recently revealed the Arataki Itto banner rate-up characters, one of which is the upcoming character Kuki Shinobu.
Kuki Shinobu is a 4 star Elctro Sword character. She can heal the entire team and also deal damage even when off-field. During the Genshin Impact 2.7 Perilious Trail story, we first met Shinobu. From our first introduction, we know that she is a capable individual.
HoYoverse recently revealed Shinobu’s Character Demo, where we saw her daily struggle to keep the Arataki Gang in check. HoYoverse also revealed lots of additional info about Kuki Shinobu, including her personal info, talents, story, voice lines, hobbies, favorite food, and more.

Kuki Shinobu Introduction:
Kuki Shinobu is the deputy leader of the Arataki Gang, and her job is to bring in business and maintain a stable team. She is also responsible for bailing out the gang from police stations, returning snacks and toys to kids, and catching anyone secretly slacking off during a job.

Shinobu is a 4-star electro sword user. The name of her constellation is Tribulatio Demptio, and her Birthday is on July 27th.
Shinobu is a support character who can heal her teammates and deal continuous damage from off-field. Her Elemental Skill heals teammates, and her Elemental Burst cleanses an area and deals Electro damage to opponents.

Follows your current active character around. Deals Electro DMG to nearby opponents every 1.5s and restores HP for the active character(s) within the ring’s AoE based on Kuki Shinobu’s Max HP.
The HP consumption from using this skill can only bring her to 20% HP.
Elemental Burst: Gyoei Narukami Kariyama Rite
Stabs an evil-excoriating blade into the ground, creating a field that cleanses the area of all that is foul, dealing continuous Electro DMG to opponents within its AoE based on Shinobu’s Max HP.
If Shinobu’s HP is less than or equal to 50% when this skill is used, the field will last longer.
